Will owners please remember when RENTING THEIR PROPERTY -

NO PETS ARE ALLOWED as agreed in the AGM of 2020 year,

AS ADVISED AT THE AGM OF 2023 ALL PROPERTY LEFT IN THE BIG GARAGE MUST BE PACKED IN A NEAT MANNER (eg Boxes or wrapped properly) AND LABELLED WITH THE NAME AND APARTMENT NUMBER OF THE OWNERS.  SHOULD YOU NOT HAVE THIS DONE BY THE AGM OF 2024, ALL ITEMS WILL BE DISPOSED OF OR SOLD FOR CHARITY.

SHOULD ANYONE NOT WANT ANYTHING THAT IS IN THE BIG GARAGE, PLEASE LET US KNOW AND WE WILL DISPOSE OF IT.

NO SE PERMITEN MASCOTAS según lo acordado en la Asamblea General Ordinaria del año 2020,

COMO SE INFORMÓ EN LA ASAMBLEA GENERAL DE 2023, TODAS LAS PROPIEDADES QUE QUEDEN EN EL GARAJE GRANDE DEBEN EMPAQUETARSE DE MANERA ORDENADA (por ejemplo, en cajas o envueltas correctamente) Y ETIQUETADAS CON EL NOMBRE Y EL NÚMERO DE APARTAMENTO DE LOS PROPIETARIOS.  SI NO TIENE ESTO HECHO ANTES DE LA AGO DE 2024, TODOS LOS ARTÍCULOS SE RETIRARÁN O SE VENDERÁN PARA CARIDAD.

SI ALGUIEN NO QUIERE NADA QUE ESTÉ EN EL GARAJE GRANDE, HÁGANOSLO SABER Y NOS DESHAREMOS DE ÉL.

Dear owners,

Following consultation with our Administrators, and insurers, it is important that you know your legal obligation if you wish to sell your property.

All sellers MUST inform buyers about the case the community has with the Consortium regarding the ravine.

If it is necessary, you should get a technical report from a surveyor or architect, at your own cost, and pass this to any prospective buyers.

The community, the consortium, and the community insurers will not be held responsible, if you fail to observe this requirement.

Estimados propietarios,

Tras consultar con nuestros Administradores, y aseguradores, es importante que sepan de su deber legal si desean vender su propiedad.

Todos los vendedores DEBEN informar a los compradores sobre el caso que tiene la comunidad con el Consorcio sobre el barranco.

De ser necesario, deberán conseguir un informe técnico de un inspector/perito o arquitecto, a su propio costo, y enviar esta información a cualquier posible comprador.

La comunidad, el Consorcio, y los aseguradores de la comunidad no serán responsables, si Vd. no cumple este requisito.
