Notice reagrding selling your property
Dear owners,
Following consultation with our Administrators, and insurers, it is important that you know your legal obligation if you wish to sell your property.
All sellers MUST inform buyers about the case the community has with the Consortium regarding the ravine.
If it is necessary, you should get a technical report from a surveyor or architect, at your own cost, and pass this to any prospective buyers.
The community, the consortium, and the community insurers will not be held responsible, if you fail to observe this requirement.
Estimados propietarios,
Tras consultar con nuestros Administradores, y aseguradores, es importante que sepan de su deber legal si desean vender su propiedad.
Todos los vendedores DEBEN informar a los compradores sobre el caso que tiene la comunidad con el Consorcio sobre el barranco.
De ser necesario, deberán conseguir un informe técnico de un inspector/perito o arquitecto, a su propio costo, y enviar esta información a cualquier posible comprador.
La comunidad, el Consorcio, y los aseguradores de la comunidad no serán responsables, si Vd. no cumple este requisito.
