The internal rules posted on these pages have to be followed by all the occupiers of the properties in the Neighbourhood Association of the Urbanisation Residencial Costa Paraiso, no matter the reason for their stay in the urbanisation.
Please make sure that all occupiers of Residencial Costa Paraiso are aware of this and print off copies for you and your guests / renters as necessary.

Owners are reminded that any work carried out on the external parts of the building must first have full agreement of the community of owners and that there are a few apartments with exterior walls painted in white or other colours.

You may purchase the official colour for the external walls from the suppliers:

Poligono Industrial Estate
Calle San Blas No.9

The paint colour is MONTO HUESO 438

1. Do not enter the building barefoot from the swimming pool. Wet tiles are dangerous.
2. Ensure that the entrance door and gate are closed after entering or leaving.
3. Do not climb over the walls as this encourages other non-residents or thieves to do the same.

2. Despues de entrar o salir de edificio, segura que las puertas están cerrada.
3. No suba encima de las paredes como esto otros non-residentes y ladrones podrian hacer el mismo.
